Our Team

Chuck Banker

CEO AND PRESIDENT

Charles Banker is President and Chief Executive Officer of Snell Manufacturing.

Mr. Banker has spent his entire career in manufacturing, including global and senior leadership roles at ITW, Plymouth Tube, and Parker Hannifin. Mr. Banker’s leadership roles extended to China, India, central and western Europe. Mr. Banker also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of G.T. Schmidt.

Mr. Banker is a current member of the Board of Directors at Allendale Association. His past Board of Director positions include Salter India and Harris Seed Company.

Mr. Banker graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and received a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Banker received a Freight Transportation and Logistics Executive Education certification from Northwestern University.

Bruce Petschen

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Bruce Petschen is the Chief Operating Officer of Snell Manufacturing.

Mr. Petschen began his career over 30 years ago with Metal Matic as a janitor and over the next three decades he worked up through various positions including Plant Manager before relocating to Ohio to lead and build a grass roots project bringing to life the company’s third and largest facility. Most recently Bruce spent time at Plymouth Tube as a CIM (Continuous Improvement Manager).

Mr. Petschen graduated from University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Corey Isner

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Corey Isner is the Director of Finance for Snell Manufacturing.

Mr. Isner has spent his career in various industries including energy, hospitality, consumer products and manufacturing.

Mr. Isner has sat on multiple committees for his alma mater and various other charitable organizations.

Mr. Isner graduated with a bachelor’s degrees in finance and business administration and received a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Charleston.
